LabVIEW applications are use to process data. They usually consist of several graphical controls and “virtual instruments” connected with graphical data paths.
TRACE32 PowerDebug is a hardware-based debugger suited for all common processors used in the embedded industrial IT market. It is said to have a graphical user interface for visual debugging, and a power script language for executing automated tests.
The new integration will allow both tools to be used together. TRACE32 will be able to control program execution, use memory accesses as data input or output channels, or use the target hardware as data processing unit. No external communication interface is needed.
