The TPC-1770H is a 17” SXGA TFT LCD low power computer with a Celeron M one gigahertz processor ADVANTECH has released a high resolution touch panel computer with spindle-free storage.

The TPC-1770H is a 17” SXGA TFT LCD low power computer with a Celeron M one gigahertz processor and 512MB of DDR2 SDRAM.

The company says the system is fanless, which, along with the spindle-free storage, makes it a durable and reliable platform.  A fast-access HDD module can be used for applications where spindle-free storage is not critical.

The unit supports Windows Vista, XP and WinXPe and includes two Gigabit LAN ports and four USB ports to accommodate diverse communication requirements.

The computer is enclosed in a rugged die-cast housing with an IP-65 rated front panel.
