Supply chain technology show announced

According to the organisers, SSCT 2009 will house the latest technology tools, catering for security, inventory, transport and materials handling solutions.THE SMART Supply Chain Technology (SSCT) 2009 show has been announced for 10 and 11 June 2009 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
According to the organisers, SSCT 2009 will house the latest technology tools, catering for security, inventory, transport and materials handling solutions.
The 2007 incarnation of the show saw over 2100 attendees, 74% of whom had purchasing authority.  There were 92 exhibitors from six countries showcasing new and advanced supply chain and logistics solutions, and interest in the technological solutions were said to be very strong.
The organisers say their show has a unique and original design and layout. All sizes of companies can be compared on the same level. They also claim the pedestal option will reduce the cost of exhibiting.
The pedestal is a package including walls, lighting, electricity, counter displays, corporate signage and labour at a discounted cost.
The SSCT 2009 will be part of the Supply Chain Week.
