WASHERS and Stamped Components Australia (WASCA) says it has implemented the M1 ERP system by ECiM1 for improved business efficiency.
According to WASCA, a washer, fastener and stamped manufacturer, the M1 ERP provides it with functions including quoting to order in take, manufacturing managements and accounting and financial management modules.
WASCA says it had previously developed and written its own computer operating system but it had become unsuitable as market conditions changes.
The company claims it was intent on selecting the best available business support systems to ensure it remained competitive and met the expectations of customers.
