SolidWorks to use Australian Standards for its 2010 package

SOLIDTEC Solutions says SolidWorks will now choose Australian Standards when designing and drafting is added to its SolidWorks 2010.

According to Solidtec Solutions, SolidWorks has previously supported International standards including ISO, ANSI and DIN.

Solidetec Solutions Managing Director says the addition of Australian Standards further enhances SolidWorks’ reputation as the 3D CAD tool of choice for the Australian market.

3D CAD offers toolbox users access to pre-built SolidWorks models like bolts, screws, bearings, o-rings and gears.
