Timpelle Kitchens upgrades Planit CabnetWare software

TIMPELLE Kitchens says upgrading its Planit CabnetWare software has resulted in a hundred percent improvement.

After 25 years in business, Timpelle Kitchens decided to upgrade its Planit CabnetWare software to have nested-based manufacturing capabilities with a connection to a flatbed router.

This upgrade allowed Timpelle Kitchens to run both flatbed routers and a new edgebander with two workers. According to Timpelle Kitches, the CabnetWare upgrade allowed it to streamline its production capacity and increase it by 30% or more.

Before the upgrade, only one of Timpelle Kitchens’ personnel was utilising the software’s design capability, which initially drove a beam saw. The other operators were still designing by hand.

Now all operators design on Planit CabnetWare, and the drawings are sent to the routers directly.

Planit’s CabnetWare is a woodworking screen-to-machine software, which is fully integrated with the Planit CNC centre.
