ADLINK Technology, an embedded industrial IT products supplier, has released the cPCI-3610 Series, an ultra-low power 3U CompactPCI processor blade.
The cPCI-3610 Series is based on the latest Intel Atom processor family on 45nm process technology, and utilises Intel Embedded Flexible Design.
The cPCI-3610 can be populated with any of three processors: Intel Atom processor N450, D410 or D510.
By utilising these processors, which integrate the graphics and memory controllers in the CPU, the cPCI-3610 Series has a power consumption of only 15W with single-core CPU (N450 or D410) and 19W with the dual-core CPU (D510) at 100 per cent loading, ADLINK claims.
This allows the cPCI-3610 to support fanless operation and provide excellent computing and graphics performance, the company says.
The cPCI-3610 is available in 4HP/8HP/12HP versions with Gigabit Ethernet, USB, COM, PS/2 KB/MS, Serial ATA, audio and QXGA analog video support.
Optional 32-bit, 33/66MHz PMC or PCIe x1 XMC site and Rear Transition Module are available for additional expansion.
