INFINITYQS International has released three Windows-based services to monitor quality data with real-time event-logging and alarming.
The Remote Alarm Monitor Service (RAMS), Remote Event Monitor Service (REMS) and OPC Data Collection Service (OPCDCS) are compatible with the company’s ProFicient software.
The tools are used to manage quality by exception. No human intervention is needed unless pre-defined conditions occur.
The solutions automatically log process events and are ideal for heavily automated, streamlined environments where data collection is needed. The system will autonomously collect quality data, perform analysis and trigger other systems to respond in user-defined methods according to the results.
